The right team

We are a company established in 2016 that set out to provide specialized services in workforce
matters, more specifically intermediation services in confidentiality conditions and personal data
protection.
In order for the specific intermediation activities to go smooth running, we have a well fitted data
base, according to the Romanian law, respectively evaluation methods and self-evaluation of the
personality; skill testing methods; identifying abilities of the candidates/people looking for a job;
material methods connected to the internet in order to apply electronic mediations; social media
promotion.
We have legal contracts with certified mediation agencies and placement of labor in Asia, especially
Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal that identifies skilled or non-skilled workforce necessary to the
employers or an individual in Romania. Our vision is not just to assure temporary workforce, but to
provide long term solutions in order for the personnel fluctuation to be almost inexistent in your
business. The future employees will have a contract of minimum one year with the possibility to
extend it.
